Are there products that you would like added (or updated) in the STN Master Product Database?
Keeping the STN product database updated is one of the most important services we offer our members. We accumulate general reports that we use to assess product request needs – from these reports we reach out to our partner vendors to obtain new data; but it also helps move thing along when our clients, as wholesale buyers, directly contact vendors to let them know how important it is to send STN product information on your behalf.
The easiest method of requesting data updates is to email your vendor contact and cc ProductSupport@SToysNet.com.
Here is a cut-and-paste message you can send to manufacturers:
Hi, we’re working on our website and need to get the [BRAND NAME] products we’ve purchased added to our website. Specialty Toys Network (STN) is our contracted support service. Please send product information to STN, as this is the easiest way for us to add the items to our site.
