Email Forwarding

Set up e-mail forwarding for an e-mail address within primary your domain:

  1. You will need to login to your Control Panel ( www.xxxxxxxx.com/cpanel ) to create or remove email accounts. (This is typically not the same login as your website’s back-end admin). You can reach your Control Panel login screen by going to: http://www.YOURDOMAIN.COM/cpanel  – if you do not have login username/password, contact our support department for assistance.
  2. Go to the Mail tab > e-mail address > Forwarding tab.
  3. Select the Switch on mail forwarding checkbox.
  4. Specify one or several e-mail addresses to which e-mail must be forwarded. When specifying e-mail addresses, separate them with white spaces, commas, semicolons, or type each of them on a new line.
  5. Click OK.
  6. If you do not want to keep copies of forwarded messages in the mailbox, go to the Mail tab > e-mail address, clear the Mailbox checkbox, and click OK.

To switch off mail forwarding:

  1. You will need to login to your Control Panel to create or remove email accounts. (This is typically not the same login as your website’s back-end admin).   2. Go to the Mail tab > e-mail address > Forwarding tab.
  3. Clear the Switch on mail forwarding checkbox, and click OK.
