Some common scenarios:

"I've created a newsletter, but it won't send."
"My subscribers can't see the images in my newsletter."
"My newsletter doesn't display text stlyes correctly."

This almost always happens when you try to copy/paste content from another program such as Microsoft Word, an Email Letter, or another web page.

When you copy/paste from these sources, you are unknowingly including all kinds of hidden style information. These hidden styles are unrecognizable HTML, or HTML with bad image references and competing styles.

Solutions:

Text: Type the content directly into the newsletter editor, or copy the original text and paste it into Notepad, then paste that cleaned-up text into the new newsletter, and then style it there.

Images: Save those original images into a folder and add them to a new newsletter via the image manager.
