A note about groups:

Every User who has registered with the web site will belong to one of the listed Groups. Registered Users have the least access rights and functionality. Administrators have the most access rights and functionality.

If you use the User Manager to create a Registered User account for a shopper, the shopper will still need to complete their account info during checkout in order to add the shipping/billing details.

3c. In the Parameters area, select the User Editor.

If you are creating a new Backend account, select ckEditor Mambot.

If you are creating a new Frontend account, select No WYSIWYG Editor.
