You can use the optional component, QuickBooks Sync, to automatically update product inventory and pricing on your website with your QuickBooks Point of Sale (POS) data. Before you get started, you’ll need to sign-up for QuickBooks Sync (try it out with a 30-day free trial) . This is only available to STN members.
Here is a quick overview of the steps needed to get data flowing from your QuickBooks POS to the website:
1.) Install the free QuickBooks Web Connector
2.) Create & Download a QWC authorization file
3.) Import the QWC into the Web Connector
4.) Run the Sync for the first time
5.) Create an automated schedule (optional)
