Checking Your Email

There are many ways to check your email and many applications to check your email with. An important concept to understand is that email accounts do have a file storage limitation and if you go over that storage limit your email will no longer function. With that said there are things that you can do to prevent that from happening. 

  1. Delete old emails and empty the trash
  2. Use a 3rd party desktop program like Outlook or Thunderbird and pull your email down to you computer
  3. Increase your storage space for your email account

To check your email using 3rd party programs you will need to be able to configure those programs to communicate with our mail server. Here are the directions on how to do that for the top email programs:
