Forwarding to OFF SERVER ACCOUNTS may be blocked
Please note that using forwarding functions to send copies of your email to third-party servers (gmail, yahoo, office 365, etc) can cause unintended blocking, which can affect everyone on the mail server - and is therefor discouraged. Please be advised that if you use off-server forwarding, we may revoke your email services if such forwarding leads to overall lowering of our mail servers.
Set up e-mail forwarding for an e-mail address within primary your domain:
- You will need to login to your Control Panel ( www.xxxxxxxx.com/cpanel ) to create or remove email accounts. (This is typically not the same login as your website’s back-end admin). You can reach your Control Panel login screen by going to: http://www.YOURDOMAIN.COM/cpanel – if you do not have login username/password, contact our support department for assistance.
- Go to the Mail tab > e-mail address > Forwarding tab.
- Select the Switch on mail forwarding checkbox.
- Specify one or several e-mail addresses to which e-mail must be forwarded. When specifying e-mail addresses, separate them with white spaces, commas, semicolons, or type each of them on a new line.
- Click OK.
- If you do not want to keep copies of forwarded messages in the mailbox, go to the Mail tab > e-mail address, clear the Mailbox checkbox, and click OK.
